Yes, but OurCastle is neither an engineering firm nor a general contractor. Our role is consulting rather than “hammer and nails”. OurCastle provides Project Liaison service to assist Owners with finding and coordinating the right professionals to carry out renovations or specific property upgrades. The responsibility for technical elements of a project rests with the contractors or the engineering project manager.

OurCastle assists with securing incentives that your organization may be eligible for. We also inform you, as Owners, about potential upgrades to your property and incentives that may be available. Our professional network is at the disposal of our clients that seek funding options.

Yes. We offer in-person or virtual meetings to present the project scope and inform the Owners about the steps involved, whether it be a holistic renovation or a targeted renewal project.
