What you get:

  • Three years of historical energy consumption data.
  • Automated updates of energy consumption data from BC Hydro and/or FortisBC for accurate tracking.
  • Eligibility for ENERGY STAR recognition based on your property’s energy performance.
  • Your own ENERGY STAR Portfolio Account. Log in, edit, and access all features, anytime.
  • OurCastle does not retain account access after setup completion and handover.
  • While we appreciate data access as it is valuable for our clients’ comparison to similar properties, you are free to remove our data access anytime.

Requirements:

  • The property must be located in the province of British Columbia.
  • The property must receive energy services from BC Hydro and/or FortisBC
  • (For residential properties) A minimum of 10 units is required to qualify.

Note: Occasionally, properties that meet the listed criteria may be deemed ineligible by BC Hydro or FortisBC due to internal system configurations. OurCastle charges only a nominal fee for the setup attempt, with the full cost applied only upon successful completion.
