Reserve planning across Western Canada.

From British Columbia through Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, we prepare the reserve study your province requires, named the way your statute names it, and built so a volunteer Owner can act on it.

One Deliverable, Two Names

The reserve study, by your province’s name for it.

In British Columbia it is the Depreciation Report. Across the Prairies it is the Reserve Fund Study. The work underneath is the same.

Every engagement starts with a full inventory of the building’s major components, a condition inspection, and a long-range funding forecast across multiple funding models. What changes from province to province is the terminology your legislation uses and the specific reporting expectations that sit behind it, not the rigour of the analysis.

Applying those local rules correctly is part of the job. We prepare each study to recognized reserve-planning standards and to the statute your corporation actually lives under, so the report holds up when an Owner, a lender, or a regulator asks how it was reached.

Based in British Columbia

A home market, not a head office.

We hold every engagement to the same high standard while preparing each report to the legislation of the province it serves.

  • One standard, local rules. The same rigour on every engagement, with each report built to the statute and reporting expectations of the province it serves.
  • Remote-capable by design. Most of the engagement runs in a shared workspace, so a building in Winnipeg gets the same attention as one in Vancouver. Site inspection is always in-person.
  • Independent throughout. No ties to contractors or vendors, so the recommendations serve the Owners and no one else.
